Directions for use: Following directions for use on the label, add to at least 12oz or more of water in a shaker cup. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Allow the water to rest. Shake again repeating this process. Note that the ingredients may not all dissolve right away as they are raw materials and real ingredients. This is normal.
