Strong + Sexy Fit Personalized Coaching Plan (3 month or 6 month option)
Head Trainer John James will build you a program one on one completely customized to you and your body, goals, habits, and lifestyle. This is a way for you to have a program completely catered to YOU and no one else.
How Does It Work?
You will start by having a roughly 45 minute video conference call face to face with John. This is like your “therapy session”. Here, you will discuss:
- The goals you have for your body (weight loss, muscle tone, a goal weight, weight gain, etc. or a combination of things.)
- What has lead you to step outside of your goals?
- Your habits
- Your environment (job, school, support group, un-support group, lifestyle, travels)
- Do you go to a gym? Workout from home? What are you comfortable with
- History of fitness
- Family genetics –very basic background of family and if you are battling any genetic hurdles.
- Medical History
From there, you will send your BEFORE photos, measurements, and weight. This will be kept on file to monitor your progress as well as keep you accountable, and of course show you how far you have come by the end!
On a month to month basis you will receive a plan including but not limited to, what to eat daily, fasting hours (if necessary), supplement recommendations, and workouts. Once again, this plan is catered specifically to you. And is one of a kind.
This plan also comes with communication during business hours to help with any questions, as well as a weekly check ins and monthly 30 minute to 1 hour review of each months plan prior to start.
This plan is offered on a limited basis with only 5 clients taken at a time. This allows for better focus on current clients.
This program is offer for both weightloss/toning as well as weight gain/toning.
This program is offered in a 3 month or a 6 month plan.
